Zhejiang Fuchunjiang Environmental Thermoelectric Inc (SZSE:002479) signed the share transfer agreement to acquire 30% stake in Fuyang Yongtong Microcredit Co., Ltd from Zhejiang Fuchunjiang Communication (Group) Co., Ltd. for approximately CNY 280 million on January 24, 2013. Zhejiang Fuchunjiang Environmental will use its own funds to acquire 30% stake in Fuyang Yongtong Microcredit Co. The Board of Directors and shareholders of Zhejiang Fuchunjiang approved the deal on February 25, 2013.

The energy conservation and environmental protection service business is mainly the combined heat and power business. The solid waste disposal business mainly involves resource recycling of sludge and general solid waste containing ferrous metals.
