Meshal Al Mutawa acquired 75.97% stake in Kriptech International Corp. from Anatolii Antontcev and Aleksandr Zausayev for $0.27 million on June 11, 2020. Under the agreement, Meshal Al Mutawa acquired 8 million shares of Kriptech. Anatolii Antontcev resigned from all positions with Kriptech International Corp, including as President, Chief Executive Officer, Treasurer, Chief Financial Officer and as a Director. Aleksandr Zausayev resigned as the Secretary. On June 11, 2020, Meshal Al Mutawa was appointed to the Board of Directors and as the President, Chief Executive Officer, Treasurer, Chief Financial Officer, and Secretary of Kriptech International Corp. There are no arrangements or understandings between Anatolii Antontcev and Meshal Al Mutawa and their respective associates with respect to the election of directors or other matters.
