Zensar Technologies Limited Announces Declaration of Interim Dividend for the Fiscal Year 2021-22, Payable on February 18, 2022

Zensar Technologies Limited announced the Declaration of Interim dividend of INR 1.50 per equity share of INR 2 each (i.e. 75%) for the Financial Year 2021-22; and Record date has been fixed as February 4, 2022. The interim dividend on the equity shares shall be paid on or after February 18, 2022.
