The Company is focused on exploring for and developing mineral deposits, with a focus on metals that are critical in the production of rechargeable batteries, such as nickel, graphite, lithium, cobalt, manganese, copper and aluminum. The Company is focused on developing its flagship Zeb Nickel Project, which is located approximately 9 kilometers (km) northeast of the mining and farming town of Mokopane in the Limpopo Province of South Africa. The project is situated in the platinum group element (PGE) and nickel-producing region of the Bushveld Complex, located in South Africa. The Zeb Nickel Project contains a NI43-101-compliant resource of approximately 3.9 million tons of sulfide nickel.
