The award evaluates the corporate programs for working parents such as flexible working hours, childcare allowance, and parental leave to select excellent companies for public commendation, and has selected Yuanta FHC as 'Benchmark Company' with Yuanta Funds getting recognition in the category of 'Childcare and Working Parent Support Network.'

In order to strengthen the childcare and working parent support network, Yuanta FHC has established a maternal health protection program, and at Yuanta-owned buildings where there are more than one hundred people, well-equipped lactation (breastfeeding) rooms have been set up, which have received the Quality Breastfeeding Room Certification from Department of Health of Taipei City Government. We provide paid miscarriage leave, paternity pre-natal examination leave, and paternity leave that are beyond regulatory requirements and handbook guides on different stages of pregnancy, and make arrangement for specialized registered nurses and contract medical specialists to provide information on pregnancy management, prenatal and postnatal healthcare and consultation on breastfeeding as well as guide new fathers on child care. The comprehensive hardware and soft resources have allowed female employees to feel at ease at all stages from pregnancy, childbirth, to childcare, and have helped male employees to adapt to the role of fatherhood more quickly, so they can strike a balance between work and family.

The senior executives have taken the lead in signing the 'Declaration of Healthy Workplace' regularly.
