Yuanta Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. announced that it will issue common shares for gross proceeds of TWD 12,000,000,000 to existing investor, Yuanta Financial Holding Co., Ltd. on May 22, 2012. After the authorities approve the transaction, the board of directors will determine the date of the closure of the transaction.
