The Board announces that with effect from 24 January 2018, Mr. Chung Man Wai has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

The board of directors (the "Board") of YORKSHINE HOLDINGS LIMITED (the "Company") is pleased to announce that with effect from 24 January 2018, Mr. Chung Man Wai ("Mr. Chung") has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

Mr. Chung, aged 47, has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Before joining the Company, Mr. Chung was a Chief Executive Officer and an Executive Director of Luxey International (Holdings) Limited from 2008 to 2014, a company listed on the GEM of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Before that, he also held senior corporate finance and accounting positions and became the Finance Director (Asia) in WSP (Asia) Limited (formerly known as "Parsons Brinckerhoff (Asia) Limited"). Mr. Chung has ample experience in private equity fund management, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, accounting and taxation.

Mr. Chung holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from the University of Hong Kong and a Master of Science Degree in Financial Management from the University of London. Mr. Chung is also a Certified Public Accountant of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its gratitude to Mr. Chung on his new appointment.

Trading of the shares of the Company on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited will remain suspended until further notice.
