PRELIMINARY RESULTS OF NANTONG JIANGHAI

FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2019

This announcement is made by the Company pursuant to Rule 13.09 of the Listing Rules and the Inside Information Provisions under Part XIV A of the SFO.

Nantong Jianghai, an associated company of the Group in which the Group has an equity interest of about 31.8%, announced on 28 February 2020 its preliminary results for the year ended 31 December 2019. The profit attributable to the owners of Nantong Jianghai for the year ended 31 December 2019 amounted to approximately RMB236.9 million (equivalent to approximately HK$269.6 million), representing a decrease of 2.72% as compared with last year.

Shareholders of the Company and potential investors should exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company.

The preliminary results of Nantong Jianghai have not been audited by independent auditors and may be different from the final audited results of Nantong Jianghai.
