Proven interoperability between the partners’ platforms will enable zero touch provisioning and configuration of Yealink’s endpoints at the site location, facilitating quick realization of ROI through lower operational expenses, increased site uptime, and decreased customer churn. Edgewater Networks and Yealink have priced the solution components at the entry level to enable customers to deploy UC and grow their business over time. Subscription pricing is also available to customers seeking to lower their initial IT spend and switch from a CapEx to an OpEx model. Edgewater Networks’ Network Edge Orchestration platform offers a host of functionality and benefits including security, active service quality management, analytics, and actionable intelligence. Yealink’s IP phones are connected directly to the EdgeMarc Intelligent Edges at the customer site, giving service providers the ability to remotely monitor, configure, and troubleshoot all endpoints through the EdgeView Service Control Center.
