5.Cause of occurrence:The conversion price of YC INOX's 3rd domestic
unsecured convertible corporate bonds will be adjusted in accordance with
the Company's "Rules and conditions of issuance and conversion of the 3rd
domestic unsecured convertible corporate bonds"(the Rule).
6.Countermeasures:None.
7.Any other matters that need to be specified:
(1)In accordance with the Article 11 of the Rule, the conversion price
will be adjusted.
(2)The conversion price of the 3rd domestic unsecured convertible corporate
bonds will be adjusted to NT$23.6 from 2022/07/25, the ex-dividend record
date of cash dividends.
