Xilinmen Furniture Co.,Ltd (SHSE:603008) signed the share transfer agreement to acquire 51% stake in Jiaxing Milan Image Furniture Co., Ltd. from Sofaland Srl for $44.7 million on November 30, 2017. The deal was approved by the 22nd session of the 3rd directorate and by the 21st session of 3rd supervisory board of Xilinmen Furniture Co.,Ltd on November 30, 2017.
Xilinmen Furniture Co.,Ltd (SHSE:603008) completed the acquisition of 51% stake in Jiaxing Milan Image Furniture Co., Ltd. from Sofaland Srl on January 12, 2018. The registration change of 51% equity of Jiaxing Milan Yingxiang Furniture Co., Ltd. has been completed at Industrial and Commercial Administration Authorities on January 12, 2018.
Xilinmen Furniture Co., Ltd is principally engaged in the design, research, development, production and distribution of furniture products. The Company's major businesses include civil furniture business, hotel furniture business and movie and television (TV) culture business. Civil furniture business is involved in the sale of mattresses, soft beds and other bedroom furniture. The Company operates its hotel furniture business primarily through the offering of indoor furniture and decoration related wood products for starred hotels and large public construction projects. Its movie and TV culture business consists of the investment, production, distribution and related businesses of movie and TV programs.
