XCYTE DIGITAL CORP. Xcyte Digital Corp. (TSXV:XCYT) entered into a asset purchase agreement to acquire Online Business of MCON Live Inc. on June 12, 2024. The consideration consists of common equity of Xcyte Digital Corp.
The Closing is subject to the satisfaction of certain customary closing conditions, including the approval of the board of directors of the Company, the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV"), and the completion of due diligence by the Company. The parties shall use commercially reasonable efforts to close the Transaction within 30 days of the execution of the Agreement.
