Wi-Fi Wireless Inc. announced that it has signed a 3 year agreement with Dr. Jerry D. Icenhower to provide consulting services to the company. He will primarily be a Liaison between the Company and American Veterans of all services including the National Guard and Reserve. Dr. Icenhower will play an important role in the implementation of WiFi Wireless's Nationwide Municipality WiFi Network Partnership Program.

Dr. Icenhower has over 35 years of senior management experience in the shipping, transportation, petrochemical, refining and energy industries. He has served as vice president of engineering, vice president of manufacturing, vice president of operations and president/CEO of several publicly and privately held worldwide engineering/construction and manufacturing companies. Until recently, he was president/CEO of Loyola Recovery Foundation Inc., a nonprofit organization providing subspecialty behavioral health, health management, housing and employment services to American Veterans.

He is a licensed Professional Engineer. He retired from the U.S. Army with service on active duty and the reserve components. His assignments included key combat arms command and staff positions including Commandant of the Texas Military Academy.

He was appointed Chairman of the Texas Committee for Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) by the Secretary of Defense in October of 2006. He completed his tour of duty in October of 2012 and is now Chairman Emeritus of the Committee. He also served as Chairman of the Department of Defense NCESGR Strategic Planning Subcommittee.
