M r. Sainty brings 30 years of mineral explo ratio n and mine geo lo gy experience for go ld and base metals (co pper, lead and zinc) gained within several of Australia' s most pro ductive mineral pro vinces. For much of his career, he has been based at o perating mines in the No rthern Territo ry, Tasmania, Queensland and Western A ustralia, owned by mid-tier miners Electro lytic Zinc, P anco ntinental M ining and P luto nic Reso urces and the junio r miners A ustralian Develo pment and Jabiru M etals. A majo r focus of his experience has been drilling near and peripheral to o re depo sits, particularly high-grade vo lcano genic massive sulphide (VM S) o re depo sits. Rod has played key ro les in the disco very of three o re depo sits: the B aseline A rchean go ld depo sit near Kalgo o rlie, the West 45 co pper-zinc VM S depo sit near Charters Towers in no rth Queensland and the B entley co pper-zinc VM S depo sit at Teuto nic Bo re, WA. A ll three disco veries became pro fitable mines, and the B entley co pper-zinc depo sit is still being enlarged by IGO at this time.

M r. A lexander is Fo under and M anaging Directo r of Summit Capital Limited, a bo utique private equity firm. P rio r to Summit, Mr A lexander was a stockbro ker with Deutsche B ank Sto ckbro king and ABN AM RO B ank Sto ckbro king. Since fo unding Summit in 2005, Mr A lexander has driven a number of capital raisings and co rpo rate transactio ns in reso urces and real estate secto rs, as well as built a highly successful business between A ustralia and China. Mr A lexander is a Executive Chairman of Kimberley Diamo nds Limited (A SX:KDL) and No n-Executive Directo r of Freshtel Ho ldings Limited (A SX:FRE). Mr A lexander completed a Do uble M asters Degree in Engineering/Eco no mics and ho lds a Graduate Diplo ma in Acco unting and a Graduate Diplo ma in A pplied Finance and Investments.

M r. Halgreen is a qualified M ining Engineer with degrees in Engineering and an M BA, and has mo re than 30 years experience in all facets of mining. He is an immensely qualified and highly experienced pro fessio nal who has spent most of his career as a senio r glo bal o peratio ns and co rpo rate develo pment executive with an emphasis on So uth America, Indo nesia and Africa. He has held senio r po sitio ns with a ho st of majo r internatio nal mining gro ups, with a specific focus in the bulk commo dity secto r. Mr Halgreen is currently M anaging Directo r of Kimberley Diamo nds Ltd, a No n-Executive Directo r of Internatio nal Co al Limited and was previo usly No n-Executive Chairman of B ligh Reso urces Limited.
