Background/Description of the Disclosure

Mr. Ponsaran is currently a Senior Manager - Corporate Services Group, in Corporate Philippines, Law Offices. He handles company registration of either foreign or domestic/local companies and other allied services and including secondary registrations/licenses for banks, financial institutions, insurance broker/agent, recruitment, registration of securities and permit to sell securities Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and including registration of investments with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), registration with the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) and registration with the Board of Investment(BOI). Mr. Ponsaran also handles corporate practice such as corporate restructuring, re-organization, merger, consolidation and acquisition; He was also involved in the Registration of Securities and Listing through Initial Public Offering (IPO), Follow-on Offering (FOO), stock rights offering (SRO), and additional listing of various companies such as food manufacturing, financing, holding, hotels and manufacturing of chemical products with the Philippine Stock Exchange. He was recently involved in the Peso Fixed Bond Registration with Philippine Dealing and Exchange Corp.
