Weave Communications, Inc. Appoints George P. Scanlon as Class II Member and to Audit Committee of the Board of Directors

On May 11, 2022, the Board of Directors of Weave Communications, Inc. appointed George P. Scanlon as a Class II member of the board of directors of the Company (the “Board”). Mr. Scanlon was also appointed to the Audit Committee of the Board.
