The acquisition includes assets of mHealthCentral.com and its technology, including the mHealth Central Cloud Management and Automation platform or BAAS technology dealer portal. The Company retained Anthony Chetta as the Chief Technology Advisor, by issuing 1 million restricted shares as a stock signing bonus, valued at $10,500 or $0.0105 per share, issued on September 30, 2021, $8,000 per month service agreement, and 1 million shares of common stock every 6 months for a 30 month period, valued at $52,500 or $0.0105 per share.
