On January 26, 2018, WCF Bancorp, Inc. announced the resignation of Dr. Leo Moriarty from the company's board of directors. The company also announced the appointments to the board of directors of Kasie Doering and of Heidi Tesdahl. Ms. Tesdahl was appointed to the Audit Committee; the Compensation Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, of which she will serve as Chairperson. On January 26, 2018, the company also announced the appointment of Stacy Johnson, to serve as the company's Chief Financial Officer. Since 2006, Ms. Johnson has taught accounting and business courses at Iowa Central Community College, Located in Fort Dodge, Iowa as well as teaching courses at Buena Vista University, located in Storm Lake, Iowa.
On January 26, 2018, the company declared a cash dividend on the company's common stock of $0.05 per share. The dividend will be payable to stockholders of record as of February 9, 2018 and is expected to be paid on or about February 23, 2018.
