WATERSTONE BANK ANNOUNCES TWO NEW REGIONAL MANAGERS Wauwatosa, Wis. - 1/9/2015 -WaterStone Bank is pleased to announce that two Community

Presidents have been tapped to serve as the bank's first regional managers.

Wendy Rice, Community President of the bank's Oak Creek branch, will oversee the region that includes branches in Oak Creek, West Allis, Franklin, Germantown and the forthcoming branch in Greenfield (slated to open in the summer of 2015). Erin McCarthy, Community President of the bank's Wauwatosa branch, will oversee the region that includes branches in Wauwatosa, Waukesha, Oconomowoc, Pewaukee and Brookfield. Both regional managers will continue to serve as community presidents of their current branches and markets.


A seasoned professional with a long history at WaterStone, Rice will celebrate

18 years of service at the bank this month. She managed the bank's Waukesha branch from 2004 to 2011, when she became the Community President of the Oak Creek branch. During her tenure she was involved with the bank's data processing conversion to FIS and was a project lead in the bank's conversion to Branch Capture. An active member of the community, Rice sits on the loan committee for the YWCA and is the treasurer for Oak Creek's National Night Out.

With deep roots in the banking industry, McCarthy began her banking career in 1998, joining WaterStone Bank in September of 2004 as an IRA Manager. In
2005 she took the helm of the bank's Wauwatosa
branch. McCarthy is on the board of directors of the
Village of Wauwatosa Business Improvement District, for which she serves on the Executive Committee as the organization's secretary. She is also on the board of directors for the Tosa Tonight Concert Series and is an active member of the Wauwatosa Chamber of Commerce. She volunteers with Make A Difference Wisconsin, where she teaches youth financial literacy skills.
