The Report and Accounts 2012 is available on the Company's website atwww.warnerestate.co.uk and will be posted to Company's shareholders who have requested a hard copy in due course.
The Company has already complied with its reporting obligations under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules by way of the announcement of its final results announcement earlier today.
