IVG Immobilien AG (DB:IVG), through its fund, IVG Warsaw signed a preliminary agreement to acquire Le Palais office building from Warimpex Finanz-und Beteiligungs Aktiengesellschaft for approximately €30 million.

IVG Immobilien AG (DB:IVG), through its fund, IVG Warsaw signed a preliminary agreement to acquire Le Palais office building from Warimpex Finanz-und Beteiligungs Aktiengesellschaft (WBAG:WXF) for approximately €31 million on January 24, 2013. The transaction is expected to be completed in mid-2013. Monika Sitowicz and Magdalena Osóbka-Morawska of Dentons US LLP acted as legal advisor for IVG Immobilien AG.
