The Company offers its services domestically, mainly in the Chita, Krasnoyarsk and Irkutsk regions, the Russian Federation. The Company operates through three branches, located in Angarsk, Irkutsk and Novosibirsk. As of December 31, 2011, the Company's major shareholder was EnergoStroyEngineering ZAO with a stake of 65.41%.
