Witty Education Private Limited agreed to acquire 46.03% stake in VJTF Infraschool Services Private Limited from VJTF Eduservices Limited for INR 899.4 million.

Witty Education Private Limited agreed to acquire 46.03% stake in VJTF Infraschool Services (Mumbai) Private Limited from VJTF Eduservices Limited (BSE:509026) for INR 899.4 million on August 25, 2023. The total consideration will be INR 899.4 million subject to customary closing date adjustments. The transaction is subject to approval of shareholders of VJTF Eduservices and satisfactory completion of the condition precedent.

The Board of Directors of VJTF Eduservices has been approved the transaction. The transaction expected to complete by October 1, 2023.
