Astral Supreme Berhad Re-Designates Ong Tai Chin @ Wong Tai Chin from Managing Director to Non Independent & Non Executive Director and Member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee

Astral Supreme Berhad announced re-designation of Ong Tai Chin @ Wong Tai Chin from Managing Director to Non Independent & Non Executive director, effective from January 24, 2014. Following the re-designation, Mr. Ong Tai Chin @ Wong Tai Chin shall be appointed as a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee.
