The Zweig Total Return Fund, Inc. declared a monthly distribution of $0.080 per share, payable on January 11, 2016, to shareholders of record on December 31, 2015 and ex-date on December 29, 2015.
Virtus Total Return Fund Inc. (the Fund) is a closed-end, diversified management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is capital appreciation, with current income as a secondary objective. The Fund invests approximately 60% of its total assets in equity securities, managed by Duff & Phelps Investment Management Co. The Fund invests 40% in fixed income, managed by Newfleet Asset Management, LLC.
