VeriSign, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was USD 376.3 million compared to USD 356.9 million a year ago. Net income was USD 188.5 million compared to USD 169.5 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 1.83 compared to USD 1.58 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 1.83 compared to USD 1.58 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was USD 1,112.7 million compared to USD 1,055.7 million a year ago. Net income was USD 552.9 million compared to USD 494.3 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 5.32 compared to USD 4.55 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 5.32 compared to USD 4.55 a year ago.
