On January 6, Crédit Agricole declared to the AMF that it had indirectly exceeded the thresholds of 5% of Veolia's capital and voting rights, and indirectly held, through the companies it controlled, 5.63% of the capital and 5.97% of the voting rights.

This threshold crossing results from the conclusion of Veolia agreements and financial instruments. On this occasion, Crédit Agricole CIB has individually exceeded the threshold of 5% of the capital of the public services group.
