HOUSTON, Jan. 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Vanguard Natural Resources, LLC (NYSE: VNR) ("Vanguard" or "the Company") today announced that its board of directors has approved an increase in the quarterly cash distribution to $0.525 per unit ($2.10 on an annual basis) for the fourth quarter of 2009 which will be paid on February 12, 2010 to unitholders of record on February 5, 2010. With this increase, the Company will have increased its quarterly distribution by $0.025 per unit or 5% over the third quarter distribution of $0.50 per unit.
