Press release Board of Directors of Uster Technologies publishes report on the public takeover offer made by Toyota Industries Corporation to shareholders of Uster Technologies Ltd Uster, Switzerland - 29 February 2012 - The Board of Directors of Uster Technologies Ltd (Uster) today published its report on the public offer made by Toyota Industries Corporation (Toyota) to Uster's shareholders. In the report, the Uster's Board explains and confirms the recommendation it has already made to Uster shareholders that they accept the offer announced today by Toyota, and make their shares available to Toyota.
