Vancouver, BC, February 8, 2013 - Diamonds North Resources Corp. (TSX-V: DDN) and Uranium North Resources Corp (TSX-V: UNR) (the "Companies") announce that the amalgamation of the Companies, as previously proposed on December 5, 2012 (see news release), has been approved by the shareholders of each of the two Companies at a special general meetings held on February 7, 2013. The name of the amalgamated company will be Adamera Minerals Corp.

Upon completion of the amalgamation the Board of Directors of Adamera Minerals Corp will consist of Maynard Brown, Bernard Kahlert, Geir Liland, Yale Simpson and Mark Kolebaba with Mark Kolebaba serving as President and CEO of Adamera.

Closing of the amalgamation is still subject to the approval of the BC Supreme Court and the TSX Venture Exchange. The Companies anticipate the effective date of the amalgamation to be on or about February 19, 2013.

Adamera's strategy is low cost exploration for significant, high grade gold deposits within hauling distance of existing mineral processing facilities in Washington State.
