Unum Group Declares Quarterly Dividend on its Common Stock, Payable on February 17, 2017

Effective Jan. 17, 2017, the Unum Group board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share on its common stock to be paid on Feb. 17, 2017, to stockholders of record on Jan. 30, 2017.
