United Bancorp. of Alabama, Inc. announced that William Justice retired from the board of the company at the annual meeting of shareholders held May 2, 2012. He was chairman of the board. Justice had been a director of the company since 1991.
United Bancorporation of Alabama, Inc. is a financial holding company that primarily serves Southwest Alabama as well as Northwest Florida. The Company is a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) that operates three subsidiaries: United Bank, Town-Country United Bank and UB Community Development.
