Uniserve Communications Corporation announced the appointment of two new members to the company's Board of Directors. Fred Munn has an extensive venture capital and commercial banking background and has held a number of senior positions in operations and management. In addition, he has assisted companies in corporate restructuring to accomplish streamlined and accountable operational and financial models while spurring growth through strategic partnerships.

Munn is also working closely with the company's recently formed Uniserve Security Integration Division and is responsible for the implementation of the division's business plan and operational success. Hashim Mitha is a high tech and venture capital executive with experience in early stage corporate strategic development, financing and operations. Munn and Mitha bring additional depth and operational experience to the Board that is expected to greatly assist Uniserve as it moves forward in successfully achieving a number of operational, developmental and financial initiatives.

The company also announced that James Jang has resigned as a Director of the company.
