Union Catalana de Valores SA (Uncavasa) is a Spain-based investment company engaged in the acquisition, holding and disposition of securities and all other types of movable properties, such as construction permits and third party mortgages, among others. As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned such subsidiaries as Uncavasa Holding SA, Inversiones Oliana SL and Uncavasa Luxemburgo SA, as well as minor stakes in Titleist SA, Inversiones Teide SICAV SA and Corporacion San Bernat SL. As of December 31, 2011, Inversiones Gopin SA was the Company’s majority shareholder with 65.38% of its interest.
