Subject: Profit Warning

Unigrowth Investments Public Limited, pursuant to the CSE and CySEC Regulations and in order to fully inform the shareholders and the investing public in general, announces that according to indications so far, the Group is expected to record significant profits for the results of 2021 compared to loss levels in the corresponding period of 2020. The profits emerge from the revaluation of assets in Cyprus and Romania, as well as the increase of stocks prices in the Cyprus Stock Exchange and Greek Stock Exchange.
