UniCredit has sold a 4.99 percent stake in WeBuild through an 'Accelerated book building'.
This is according to a source confirming reports by Corriere and Bloomberg.
The deal involves 50.9 million shares of the company at a price of 2.2 euros per share.
In the very first trades at Piazza Affari, WeBuild's stock gives up more than 8 percent approaching the sale price after closing yesterday at 2.42 euros.
