The Ukraine Opportunity Trust PLC (the "Company")

Result of AGM

The Company announces its results from the Annual General Meeting held earlier
today.

Resolutions 1 to 5 and 7 were passed as Ordinary Resolutions and Resolutions
8 and 11 were passed as Special Resolutions, on a show of hands. The Resolutions
are set out below:

Resolution 1: To receive and accept the Strategic Report, Directors' Report and
Auditor's Report and the audited Financial Statements for the year ended
31 December 2013.

Resolution 2: To receive and approve the Directors' Remuneration Report for the
year ended 31 December 2013.

Resolution 3: To receive and approve the Directors' Remuneration Policy.

Resolution 4: To appoint KPMG LLP as Auditor to the Company and to authorise
the Directors to determine their remuneration.

Resolution 5: To re-elect Mr Monro-Davies as a Director of the Company.

Resolution 6: Withdrawn. Mr Pictet resigned from the Board and is no longer a
Director of the Company.

Resolution 7: To re-elect Mr Pilkington as a Director of the Company.

Resolution 8: To extend the authority to make market purchases of the Company's
shares pursuant to section 701 of the Companies Act 2006.

A poll was called on Resolution 9 (to authorise the Directors to allot shares
pursuant to section 551 of the Companies Act 2006) The results of the poll were
as follows:

Accordingly, Resolution 9 was declared not carried.

A poll was called on Resolution 10 (to empower the Directors to allot equity
securities pursuant to section 570 and 573 of the Companies Act 2006 otherwise
than in accordance with statutory pre-emption rights.) The results of the poll
were as follows:

Accordingly, Resolution 10 was declared not carried.

Resolution 11: To authorise the Directors to hold general meetings on
