An undisclosed buyer agreed to acquire Assets located in South Texas from U.S. Energy Corp. for $6.5 million.

An undisclosed buyer agreed to acquire Assets located in South Texas from U.S. Energy Corp. (NasdaqCM:USEG) for $6.5 million on July 10, 2024. Proceeds are expected to be used to fund development of U.S. Energys recently announced acquisition targeting helium assets and repay outstanding debt.

The Transaction is subject to customary conditions. The expected completion of the transaction is by July 31, 2024.
