In accordance with the provisions of law, TXT e-solutions SpA informs that the calendar of Corporate events for 2022 is defined as follows
11 March 2022 Board of Directors to approve the results as at 31.12.2021
20 April 2022 Shareholders Meeting to approve the results as at 31.12.2021 11 May 2022 Board of Directors to approve the results as at 31.03.2022
3 August 2022 Board of Directors to approve the results as at 30.06.2022
8 November 2022 Board of Directors to approve the results as at 30.09.2022
Any change to the calendar will be promptly communicated.
