TWZ Corporation Public Company Limited ("the Company") issuance and allocation of newly issued ordinary shares in the amount not more than 4,964,475,981 shares with a par value of 0.10 Baht per share to be issued and offered to the existing ordinary shareholders of the Company in proportion to their shareholding (Rights Offering) at the offering price of 0.10 Baht per share, by allocating at the ratio of 3 existing shares to 1 newly issued ordinary shares. During the period of December 13 - 17, 2021 and December 20 - 24, 2021. The shareholders exercised of subscribed 4,964,475,981 shares, totaling amount of Baht 496,447,598.10. After deducting the cost of the offering of securities, the remaining amount of Baht 492,230,150.10. The company has a capital increase to June 30, 2022 totaling amount of Baht 492,230,150.10.
