As per the transaction, Sam Holdings Corporation will acquire additional 14 million shares. Post completion, Sam Holdings Corporation will hold 20.8 million shares representing 14.39% stake of Truong Thanh Furniture Corporation.
The transaction is expected to complete on December 25, 2018.
