Hillsboro, Oregon and RICHARDSON, TEXAS (USA) - January 30, 2013 -TriQuint Semiconductor, Inc. (NASDAQ: TQNT), a leading RF solutions supplier and technology innovator, has released three new bulk acoustic wave (BAW) RF bandpass filters that can handle more power while providing greater temperature stability and superior signal rejection for high performance infrastructure applications.

TriQuint's new filter solutions fully exploit the benefits of BAW technology, which is superior to other products available for these applications. TriQuint BAWs provide greater temperature stability at microwave frequencies in addition to a compact footprint. They are well suited for use in base stations, repeaters, distributed antenna systems, tower-mounted amplifiers and many other wireless applications. All three BAW filters have narrow transition bandwidths between their passbands and stopbands for better signal rejection, and do not need external 50 Ohm matching circuits.

885024	Band 2 BAW RF bandpass filter: 1960 MHz center frequency; 1930-1990 MHz passband; +33dBm RF power handling; 20dB rejection at 1920 MHz; 5.5dB maximum insertion loss. Offered in a 3x3mm hermetic ceramic package.
885025	Band 2 BAW RF bandpass filter: 1880 MHz center frequency, 1850-1910 MHz passband; +30dBm RF power handling; 20dB rejection at 1920 MHz, 5.5dB maximum insertion loss. Offered in a 3x3mm hermetic ceramic package.
885009	xBand 7 BAW RF bandpass filter: 2535 MHz center frequency, 2500-2570 MHz passband; +30dBm RF power handling; 30dB rejection at 2170 MHz, 3.5dB maximum insertion loss. Offered in a 3x3mm hermetic ceramic package.
