On December 31, 2019, Eran Nadav, Ph.D. resigned from his position as a member of the Board of Directors of Trevi Therapeutics, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the "Company"). Dr. Nadav's resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
