Transtema Group AB (OM:TRANS) entered into an agreement to acquire Ubconnect As from Avant Venture Capital As, Skeie Capital Investment AS, Skeie Kappa Invest AS and various members of UBConnect's group management for NOK 202 million.

Transtema Group AB (OM:TRANS) entered into an agreement to acquire Ubconnect As from Avant Venture Capital As, Skeie Capital Investment AS, Skeie Kappa Invest AS and various members of UBConnect's group management for NOK 202 million on December 19, 2022. The consideration comprises of an initial consideration of NOK 94 million, followed by a potential additional payments up to NOK 108 million, depending on UBConnect's financial results during the next four years. UBConnect reported revenues of NOK 296 million in 2021.

Lasse Bjørgan, CEO of UBConnect, will continue to lead UBConnect. The transaction is expected to close during January 2023.
