Transneft Announces Executive Appointments

Transneft announced that Alexander Novak and Artur Chilingarov joined the board of directors of the company. Alexander Novak is Russian Energy Minister and Artur Chilingarov is Special Presidential Representative for International Cooperation in the Arctic and Antarctic.
