Transforma Resources Corporation is a Canada-based mineral exploration company. The Company’s principal business comprises the acquisition and exploration of mineral resource properties. Its Thunder Copper property is located approximately 40 kilometers (km) west-northwest of Goldbridge, British Columbia in the Lillooet Mining Division, consists of four mineral claims and covers an area of approximately 2,791 hectares with many surface indications of a porphyry copper system. The Company’s MAC Property consists of approximately fifteen mineral claims comprising 19,095 hectares and located approximately two kilometers southeast of the summit of Mount Sidney Williams, 90 kilometers northwest of Fort St. James, British Columbia.
