Trans-Nationwide Express PLC hereby announce as follows:
Period Ended	31 December 2022
	A Final Dividend of	N	0.02k per ordinary shares of	N	0.50k each, amounting to
	N	9,963,001.54, subject to appropriate withholding tax and approval will be paid
	to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close
Proposed Dividend	of business on Friday, 9th June, 2023.
	The Register of Shareholders will be closed from Monday, 12th June, 2023 to
Closure of Register	Friday, 16th June 2023.
Qualification Date	Friday, 9th June, 2023
	On Monday, 26th June, 2023, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders
	whose names appear on the Register of Members as at Friday, 9th June, 2023, and
	who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrar to
Payment Date	pay their dividends directly into their Bank accounts.
E-Dividend Registration	Shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to
	download the Registrar's E-DividendMandate Activation Form, which is also

Unclaimed Dividend	Shareholders with dividend warrants and share certificates that have remained
