Toshiba Tec Corporation cancelled the acquisition of remaining 19.9% stake in Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions Holdings Corporation from IBM Taiwan Holdings B.V.

Toshiba Tec Corporation (TSE:6588) agreed to acquire remaining 19.9% stake in Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions Holdings Corporation from IBM Taiwan Holdings B.V. for ¥19.1 billion on January 28, 2016. Toshiba Tec will acquire 0.1992 million preferred shares of Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions and hold 100% stake on closing. The transaction is expected to be completed on January 29, 2016.
