FILING OF DOCUMENTATION

Florence, June 25, 2024 - With reference to the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Toscana Aeroporti S.p.A., to be held on July 25, 2024 in a single call, the Company informs that the following documentation has been made available today on the company's website, www.toscana-aeroporti.com,(section "Investor Relations/ Corporate Governance/Shareholders' Meetings"), at the registered office of the company and in the 1INFO authorised storage system (www.1info.it):

• extract of the notice of call, to be published in the daily newspaper "Italia Oggi" on June 26, 2024;
• notice of call of the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of Toscana Aeroporti S.p.A.;
• explanatory report prepared by the shareholder Corporacion America Italia S.p.A. related to the first item on the agenda of the ordinary part;
• explanatory report prepared by the Directors related to the first item on the agenda of the extraordinary part.

Toscana Aeroporti also announces that the following documents and information are available on the company website and at the registered office of the company:

• information on the Company's share capital;
• proxy form and the voting instructions to appointed representative.

The additional documentation relating to the ordinary shareholders' meeting will be made available to the public in accordance with the terms set by the Law and by regulations.

Methods of participation in the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting - Obligation to grant proxy authorisation to the Appointed Representative

Toscana Aeroporti reminds that shareholders may only participate in the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting by granting proxy authorisation to the Designated Representative, identified as Computershare S.p.A. pursuant to Article 135-undecies of the Consolidated Law on Finance (TUF), without participation in the proceedings of any other vote-holder or physical presence of any individual shareholders. The instructions for granting this proxy authorisation are available on the company website - www.toscana- aeroporti.com section "Investor Relations/ Corporate Governance / Shareholders' Meetings".
