Thien Truong Power Equipment Investment and Construction JSC announced that it expects to receive VND 200 billion in funding

Thien Truong Power Equipment Investment and Construction JSC announced a private placement of 20,000,000 shares at par value of VND 10,000 per share for gross proceeds of VND 200,000,000,000 on March 17, 2021. The transaction will include participation from not more than 100 strategic investors and professional securities investors. The transaction has been approved at the annual general meeting of the company.

As a result, company's charter capital will increase from VND 29,550,000,000 to VND 229,550,000,000. The shares are subject to a transfer restriction of one year.
